CONDITIONS:

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to make an exchange or return.
• For a product to be eligible for an exchange or return, it must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
• All returns involving the payment of import duties or special taxes will be borne by the customer.
• Products purchased in the Outlet category cannot be exchanged or returned.
  Only in exceptional cases, previously assessed and approved by the store, will an exchange be permitted. The exchange must be exclusively for the same product from the Outlet category, subject to availability.
